     Thomas-Daniels has recently invested in the design and future implementation of a new, state-of-the-art PPE production factory in Calgary, Alberta – Canada. Using patent-pending designs, we have increased our production capabilities to 10 times the speed of existing factories around the world. By utilizing upgraded and redesigned technology, we now produce 3-Ply Surgical Masks, KN95 Foldable Masks, and N95 Cone-Style Masks similar to 3M models 8210 and 1860, at a faster rate that is sustainable. 

     Due to current demand in the market, we have decided to keep our cost low by automating many different aspects of the process and minimizing human interaction between raw materials and final product to ensure quality and sterilization is achieved consistently. Quality control is a huge factor in our process, starting from the raw materials and continuing to packaging. We source our raw materials locally if possible or from trusted contacts from our commodities suppliers in North America. Everything from inception to completion happens at the primary plants and finished product is shipped from there.
